Chovonne Accessories is an e-commerce store that was birth April of 2019 out of the Illinois land area. What entice me to start an accessory store was from my own past experience during my time as a professional stylish at one of America’s top high end retailers, Nordstrom, Inc. As a stylist, I found myself traveling to different stores or different departments within the store looking for the perfect accessory/ies to finish my clients look. It was a headache! I was constantly running into fabulous accessories with fine jewelry prices, or accessories without no attraction to them. During my time at Nordstrom’s I worked very close with fine/fashion jewelry vendors to enhance my product knowledge & skills.  I was even referred to completed a 6-week management training program for Nordstrom by my store manager upon me receiving many customer compliments, & relationship building.  After that, I was considering a “expert” in my field.

One of the best successes at Nordstrom was learning the secret into WHY Nordstrom was an #1 retailor. The secret was CUSTOMER SERVICE & relationship building. I was able to use that blue-print into my business by offering all jewelry orders FREE gift wrapping, I follow-up on each order to assure my customers are 120% happy, we even offer VIP specials for those that spend a certain amount. We do accept returns and process refunds with exclusion, whereas many e-commerce stores DO NOT! We believe in making sure our customers hard earned money is well spent with joy and satisfaction.

When I launch Chovonne Accessories, my purpose was to provide women with a one stop shop for their exclusive accessories for any occasion or lifestyle event. I also wanted to enhance women inner/outer beauty to the World with unique head turning accessories. I wanted to empower women all around the globe to be bolder, fearless, & to be her best purposeful, self in our accessories.

Our MISSION is to reduce the stress of women searching through multiple stores/sites for those unique accessories to compliment her look. Our mission is to bridge all your desired accessories into one arena to allow your wardrobe and lifestyle some versatility mixed with uniqueness!

We offer accessories for every kind of style personality, from our “minimalist” Queen, who likes small dainty pieces that compliment her natural everyday look; to our “statement” Queens who likes to stand out in bold over the top pieces; of course we have something for our “free spirit” Queens who love to stray from the mainstream in a bohemian style. Then we cannot forget about “Vintage” Queens. The original don dadas.
